We are excited to welcome a Senior Account Executive to our growing team! In this key role, you will serve as a trusted client and brand expert, confidently leading day-to-day initiatives and fostering strong collaboration across teams. Your work will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, strategic solutions that drive success.
Partnering closely with the Account Supervisor and/or Account Director, you will further develop strategic expertise and apply it to brand initiatives. As a proactive client partner, you will deeply understand the brands and markets you support, continuously identifying opportunities to enhance value and impact.

What You'll Do
- Possess an in-depth understanding of product data, mechanism of action, key differentiating benefits/features, and brand guidelines.
- Own project work on assigned brands and collaborate across agency functions to ensure optimal client feedback implementation.
- Lead Projects from inception to completion, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and excellence throughout.
- Actively listen, interpret, and analyze client direction, identifying areas for clarification and flagging them for follow-up.
- Establish Trusting Relationships with clients and extended client support teams (medical, regulatory, legal).
- Prepare comprehensive conference reports after all client and internal meetings.
- Assist manager with slide development, client, and team communications for meetings.
- Understand competitive and market dynamics to fuel recommendations and POVs.
What Makes You A Great Fit
- Bachelor’s degree, 3-4+ years of agency experience, or work in advertising, marketing, media, creative, production, or public relations.
- Healthcare or pharmaceutical experience preferred, or experience in a regulated industry.
- Experience in digital marketing channels.
- Excited to take ownership of projects, contribute strategic ideas, and grow into leadership opportunities.
- Comfortable leading, making decisions, and solving problems.
- Effectively manage up and down by keeping your manager informed while driving projects forward through delegation and collaboration.
- Demonstrate a high level of accountability by being responsive, detail-oriented, and thorough in your work.
- Communicate effectively with strong verbal, presentation, and written skills.
- Able to manage deadlines effectively
- Energized by healthcare education and marketing.

Compensation Range: $70,000-$90,000. The starting salary offer will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. The company reserves the right to adjust this pay range at any time.
