Now, we are on an unstoppable mission for a Senior Engagement Strategist to join our team. The Senior Engagement Strategist will balance innovative and creative thinking with analytical and scientific foundations, with a solid foundation in SEO principles and execution. We are looking for experience in Digital Channels, Relationship Management, Analytics, and Customer Insights. This position plays an integral role with the AbelsonTaylor Engagment Strategy team in deriving insights and developing actionable opportunities for our clients based on available performance data, 3rd party competitive research.

What You'll Do
- Create/Deliver Website Audits: For SEO, digital architecture, content strategy, and campaign engagement, providing ongoing recommendations.
- Ecosystems and Channel Plans: Use your strong understanding of pharmaceutical/healthcare engagement channels to develop robust ecosystems and channel plans.
- Generate Campaign Findings: Conduct tasks for continuous, measurable improvement in client campaigns.
- Leverage 3rd Party Tools: Utilize Google Analytics, SEMrush, ComScore, MRI, ExactTarget, Marketo, and others for competitive assessments.
- Evaluate Customer Journey: Apply insights to determine top customer targets, targeting approach, and implementation strategy to optimize customer experience and brand exposure.
- Support New Business Opportunities: Include relationship management components as assigned.
- Social Media Monitoring: Develop Expertise in social media monitoring and listening technologies, as well as social media platform management.
- Distill Social Conversation and Digital Data: Create coherent analysis, insights, and actionable recommendations in straightforward language.
- Stay Informed on Industry Advancements: Keep up with new technologies, methodologies, and important vendors in communications and marketing analytics.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Understand client technologies, products, target markets, and competitors.
What Makes You A Great Fit
- Experience: 3-5 Years of professional in digital marketing or advertising space, pharma exposure is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
- Digital Monitoring Technology Platforms: Experience includes AdWords, Keyword Planner, SEMrush, ComScore, MRI, Compete, Screaming Frog, GeoEdge, NetBase, GlobalData, Google Analytics, etc.
- Understanding of Digital Foundations: In SEO, SEM, Web Development, Web, and Media Tracking.
- Knowledge of Multichannel Marketing: Includes channel development, testing, tracking, measurement, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of statistical analysis and social science research methods.
- Exceptional Problem-Solving Skills: To provide insights and recommendations.
- Adaptable: Able to learn new tasks and effectively use new technologies.
- Additional Skills: Strong communication, written, project management, and planning skills.
- Hybrid Schedule: Ability to come into the Chicago office

Compensation Range: $70,000-$85,000.00. The starting salary offer will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. The company reserves the right to adjust this pay range at any time.
