Now, we are on an unstoppable mission for a Paid Social Analyst to join our team. As a Paid Social Analyst, you will be leading the paid social efforts for a client’s brands. Responsibilities include executing social media strategies and campaigns, as well as reporting and analysis. You will work independently as well as alongside internal teams to ensure social efforts are completely integrated with the client’s marketing efforts.

What You'll Do
- Strategy Execution: Develop and execute social media strategies for clients’ brands
- Paid Social Campaigns: Activate paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
- Client Brand Understanding: Showcase a deep understanding of the client’s brands and disease states, and determine how social media can provide a benefit to their audiences (HCP and DTC)
- Legal Review: Assist with the legal review and submission process for social media efforts
- Launch Ads: Facilitate QAs and launch ads with no errors
- Performance Analysis: Alongside the Marketing Intelligence team, analyze performance and make recommendations to improve campaign performance
- Attend Status Meetings: Both internally, externally and with partner agencies as needed
- Thought Leadership: Demonstrate a desire for thought leadership by continuously research the evolving social media space, staying on top of trends, new networks and shifts in consumer behavior
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive social media plans
- Innovative Solutions: Think outside the box and challenge the ‘status quo’ – always willing to offer unique solutions in order to get the job done
What Makes You A Great Fit
- Paid Social Experience: 1-3 years of experience in paid social and familiarity with the major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.)
- Industry Experience: Agency and/or Pharmaceutical/healthcare experience a plus
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, business or a related field
- Must be a kind human and have a great sense of humor!

Compensation Range: $65,000 - $90,000. The starting salary offer will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. The company reserves the right to adjust this pay range at any time.
