Now, we are currently seeking a Senior Art Director to join our team. 

This person will be the lead art director for their assigned accounts and may oversee other team members.

What You’ll Do  

  • Own the Brand Identity, Artwork, Data Visualization, and Storytelling: Craft original, innovative graphics for clear and engaging communications. 
  • Transform Intricate Medical and Scientific Information into Compelling Visuals: Mentor junior art directors in this critical skill. 
  • Create Strategic Visuals and Artwork: Ensure each project aligns with brand strategic goals. 
  • Collaborate with Copy Partners: Find optimal visual solutions and layouts. 
  • Demonstrate Expertise Across Diverse Tactics: Including print, digital, social, and motion for HCP and patient audiences. 
  • Contribute Innovative Concepts to Agency-wide Efforts: Participate in new campaigns and business initiatives. 
  • Deliver Solid Presentations: Capable of presenting to clients with managerial oversight.

  • Talent for Visual Design and Art Creation: 4+ years of design and art direction experience, demonstrating strong design skills, conceptual thinking, and visual communication.

Compensation Range: $75,000 - $100,000. The starting salary offer will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. The company reserves the right to adjust this pay range at any time.
