What you'll do:
- Take ownership of leading squads as a Product Manager, ensuring the successful delivery of features and services. Demonstrate a sense of ownership and accountability for the product's success.
- Establish strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, becoming their go-to authority for feature releases, product roadmap, and user pain points. Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with teams such as engineering, design, product, data science, and commercial. Work closely with the Data team to leverage their expertise in driving data-driven decisions and insights.
- Define success metrics for features or services and monitor their performance.
- Understand complex problems across business units, geographies, and product lines. Formulate hypotheses and translate them into requirements, identifying meaningful insights to guide product development.
- Create roadmaps based on requirements and relevant dependencies. Ensure alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.
