We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the user’s shopping journey within the BEES app, focusing on the structure of the homepage, product recommendations, and tools for cross-sell and upsell.
- Collaborate with the Product team to manage initiatives related to cross-sell strategies and homepage optimization.
- Work together with the Personalization team to manage algo-selling models and experiments.
- Track and manage key metrics within the shopping journeys, driving data-driven decisions to enhance user engagement and experience.
- Strategically contribute to the evolution of the homepage structure and recommendation modules to improve usability and discoverability.
- Work alongside stakeholders across multiple countries and regions to implement and optimize plans for the homepage and cross-sell/upsell tools.
- Utilize analytical skills and tools to generate insights and support decision-making
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital products, preferably within e-commerce environment.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data tools.
- Exceptional organizational and collaborative abilities, capable of working with diverse teams and global stakeholders.
- Knowledge of UX principles and their application to enhance user experience in a digital context.
- Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively to improve the shopping journey.
