We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve the user experience in key areas such as account registration, “My Account” management, checkout, post-order processes, and overall customer experience (CX) within the BEES app.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Fintech, BEES Care, and Logistics, to implement and optimize projects across these areas.
- Monitor and manage key metrics related to these customer journeys, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee and tactically manage projects within these areas, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Document ongoing projects, aligning with stakeholders to communicate progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Leverage analytical tools to extract data and generate actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing customer-facing projects, preferably within a digital or e-commerce environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to document projects and coordinate with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and engage hands-on in projects.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with multiple teams and regions.
