What you'll do:
At BEES Fintech, we are transforming the financial services B2B landscape. Our payment and credit solutions are designed to empower businesses globally. We are looking for a talented Product Specialist to join our team and drive the development of cutting-edge Fintech experiments.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic product team. In this role, you will work closely with designers, developers, data engeneer and other stakeholders to denife experiments to drive innovation and business impact. User-centered experimentation and research, fostering a culture of evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and align with our business objectives.

  • Discover Insights: Create an opportunity and needs framing to understand buyers and sellers needs on the end to end shopping experience and prioritization frameworks to test accordingly.
  • Define type of experiments to be performed (Human, AB Testing, etc)
  • Define Success Measures: Define the cross-functional key results necessary to drive the success of the experiment.
  • Shape Culture: Shape and evolve the culture of experimentation across the company through a well-articulated understanding of the limitations in place today and the value that will be derived from change.
  • Iterate Quickly: Perform opportunity analysis across thousands of past experiments to de-risk and opportunity size elements of the product roadmap. Scope proof of concepts to be able to quickly test and validate feature ideas with our internal
  • Stakeholders management: Serve as the liaison between the fintech and experimentation teams, providing essential context from fintech to enhance and facilitate experiments. Communicate test progress effectively to fintech stakeholders.
  • Product Development: Assist in the development and execution of the product roadmap, including the ideation, specification, and launch of new experiments.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, requirements, and specifications in a clear way to the delivery team.
  • Generative AI: Understand, use, and promote generative AI in daily activities with the objective of being more productive and maintaining high levels of quality.
  • Project Management: Assist in managing project timelines, ensuring that milestones are met and that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Customer Focus: Act as a voice of the customer, ensuring that customer needs and feedback are central to the product development process.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Advanced or fluent in English, capable of leading meetings in English.
