What you’ll do:
Be a leading reference voice in team discussions and decisions
Conduct development meetings for sharing experience, code standards, solutions
Work in a Frontend Architecture Team responsible to core features, innovation and platform evolution
Develop features and frameworks that will be used for the Value Streams
Monitor, discovery, fix and suggest improvements for App Performance
Monitor and improve monitoring dashboards
Propose and develop technical solutions
Foster adoption of best coding practices and patterns
Engage and ensure the code quality
Lead the team technically, helping them on the refinement process
Benchmark technology and development practices
Maintain documentation, charts and diagrams
Provide technical guidance to the team
Work in collaboration with other Architects and other teams and stakeholders.

What you'll need:
Passion and Experience in App Performance and Platform Evolution;
Vast Experience in React.js skills, including hooks, context API, and performance optimization;
Vast Experience in TypeScript, Unit Testing (Jest/Vitest), State Management (Redux, MobX, Effector or similar);
Experience in CSS-in;
Experience in Microfrontend architecture;
Experience in integration with RESTful APIs;
Experience in automating builds, tests, and deployments using CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, and Azure DevOps;
Strong adherence to Clean Code practices, including design patterns and SOLID principles;
English - advanced level;
Experience in implementing real-time communication using WebSockets.
Knowledge in optimizing and scaling applications that require continuous real-time communication.
Knowledge in containerizing applications using Docker.
Experience in implementing and maintaining Design Systems.
Knowledge in tools like Storybook for component documentation and testing, ensuring visual and functional consistency in interfaces.
