Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Specialist to join BEES Academy, responsible for managing our training tech stack, including our LMS platform and generative AI training tools. This includes maintaining relationships with vendors and ensuring that our learning platforms operate smoothly and are continually evolving. Additionally, the role involves supporting ABI countries by assisting each local training operation. Currently, we serve around 20 countries and over 60 local training leads, who annually train more than 15,000 people. A strong candidate will be an organized, communicative, and detail-oriented individual excited to contribute to the growth and success of BEES.

 Roles and Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in our learning platforms (no previous experience required), being the source of truth to any matter relating on how to use them.
  • Tools evolution and vendor management: Maintain recurrent touchpoints with vendors, ensuring effective operations and troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements on our tech-stack.
  • Collaborate with the BEES Academy Content structure, assuring that every single training content is fully available on our learning platform.
  • Local Training Support: Work in close collaboration with ABI countries, ensuring that each has the best training experience when interacting with BEES Academy.
  • Data Management: Ensure that our platforms provide accurate and useful data for our Data and Insights team.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure effective communication and best practice sharing across global and local teams

 Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in tech products management, with previous working experience working with external product providers.
  • Be a self-starter and curious person, who aim to facilitate knowledge interchange among different areas.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • As a global role frequently interacting with multiple countries, at least an advanced, fully conversational level in English and Spanish is required.
