What you'll do
- Provide servant leadership and mentorship to cross-functional agile teams delivering technology solutions
- Identify and remove any impediments/distractions that interfere with the team’s ability to deliver against their commitments
- Communicate project status to all stakeholders
- Create and analyze team performance metrics
- Maintain the product roadmap aligned between Engineering and Product
- Raise, manage, and monitor risk mitigation plans
- Challenge and enable the team to continuously improve through intentional Lean and data driven inspect and adapt cycles (retrospectives)
- Follow technical releases, escalating problems to the leadership
- Be constantly challenged to create world-class solutions
What you'll need
- University degree in courses related to computing and data such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science and Data Engineering (MBA/Mastering is a plus)
- Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Advanced knowledge in Jira and Confluence
- Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
- Proven experience with Agile projects
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic and time sensitive work environment
