About the Role
As an Engineer Coordinator, you will lead a team of developers, ensuring technical excellence, scalable architecture, and high-performing systems.You’ll drive best practices in Java (Spring Boot), microservices, NoSQL, messaging brokers, observability, and automated testing, while also playing a key role in people development and career growth.
 
What You’ll Do
  • People & Career Growth: Lead 1:1s, mentor engineers, set growth plans, and support team development.
  • Technical Leadership: Guide the design, development, and scaling of backend systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Collaboration & Delivery: Align with Software Architects, DevOps, and Product teams to drive technical decisions and remove blockers.
  • Architecture & Best Practices: Oversee microservices, API design, messaging (RabbitMQ), and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
What You’ll Need

  • Experience in software engineering leadership and backend development.
  • Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot), microservices, and event-driven architectures.
  • Hands-on knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB) and messaging systems (RabbitMQ).
  • Deep understanding of observability, monitoring, and alerting.
  • Experience with automated testing.
  • People management skills, with a track record of mentoring and growing engineers.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to align business and technology needs.
  • Advanced English for effective collaboration in an international team.
Bonus / Plus Skills (Not required, but a big plus!)
  • AI Development Tools & AI-based IDEs: Experience using AI-powered tools to enhance productivity.
  • Frontend Knowledge: Familiarity with frontend technologies and how they integrate with backend systems.
