What you'll do:
- As a Revenue Management & Algo Selling Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the strategy for Promotions and Algo Selling Levers (e.g., Suggested Order, Upsell, Cross-sell) within the 3P Global business.
- Your role will focus on improving data visibility, prioritizing developments, and guiding pillar owners in crafting and executing commercial strategies to enhance performance.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that our data-driven approaches drive efficiency, profitability, and engagement for our partners.
What you'll need:
- Experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, Promotions, or Algo Selling strategies.
- Experience with SQL/Python, Power BI.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong communication skills to align multiple stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Fluent in English
- Spanish is a plus

- Lead the Algo Selling Strategy by developing and optimizing key levers like Suggested Order, Upsell, and Cross-sell.
- Drive Data Visibility & Insights to enhance decision-making and ensure impactful actions.
- Prioritize and Advocate for Developments, working with product and tech teams to ensure business needs are addressed.
- Guide and Influence Pillar Owners, empowering them with strategies that improve commercial performance.
- Optimize Promotion Strategies to maximize engagement, conversion, and profitability.
- Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams, including product, engineering, analytics, and commercial teams, to drive impactful initiatives.
- Monitor Performance Metrics and continuously improve strategies based on data-driven insights.
