We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities.

What you'll do:

  • Be the technical owner for AppsFlyer and Segment (CDP) platforms
  • Ensure data governance, maintenance, and reliability
  • Act as the point of reference for Product teams and other business areas regarding Segment and AppsFlyer
  • Develop and manage robust and scalable data pipelines
  • Integrate multiple data sources: Snowflake, Databricks, AppsFlyer, CRM (Braze), and Segment
  • Collect, organize, and analyze behavioral data from customers, sellers, and couriers across all channels
  • Enrich data with transactional information to generate insights for DTC, BEES, and Ambev
  • Create event mapping for Zé and TaDa applications
  • Understand best practices for implementing behavioral data events in Segment and AppsFlyer
  • Build dashboards in PBI, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.
  • Provide actionable insights on user behavior
  • Enable personalized experiences and continuous improvements
  • Be the primary source of integrated behavioral data for strategic decisions
  • Develop new technical KPIs and create workflows based on Azure or AWS
  • Manage data lifecycle and retention
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation
  • Implement DataOps best practices

What you'll need:

  • Experience in analytics, data engineering, or data science
  • SQL: Advanced proficiency for complex analysis and optimization
  • Python: Strong command (other languages are a plus)
  • Cloud: Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS
  • Data Warehouses: Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, or Teradata
  • BI Tools: Experience with Firebase, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar
  • English: Advanced level
  • Identify complex problems and formulate hypotheses using analytical tools
  • Mastery of analysis techniques: forecasting, clustering, tracking, metrics monitoring
  • Experience with R (plus)
  • Understanding of DTC/B2B business models

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CDPs (Customer Data Platforms)
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics tools
  • Real-time data streaming experience
  • Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure)
  • DevOps and CI/CD experience
  • Data security knowledge
