We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities.

What you'll do:

  • Identify opportunities for task creation in collaboration with business units within our BEES ecosystem;
  • Map the daily routines of BDRs in each market, pinpointing critical issues and opportunities for standardization and improvement;
  • Use these mappings to continuously develop and update the Standard Task Pool, ensuring alignment with local needs and global guidelines;
  • Support task creation, ensuring processes meet deadlines agreed upon with the teams;
  • Monitor performance indicators related to created tasks and propose actions for continuous improvement and increased operational efficiency.

What you'll need:

  • Experience in field operations, process mapping, or related roles;
  • Strong analytical skills to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with different departments and markets;
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and quality-focused;
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven approach;
  • Adaptability to change and a commitment to continuous learning;
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese; intermediate Spanish is a plus.
