We’re looking for a highly driven and tech-savvy Technical Project Manager to join the Professional Services LATAM team at BEES. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery and operational execution of ABI Markets and our Marketplace partners across LATAM. You’ll lead the activation and rollout of strategic products within our ecosystem — including BEES Customer, BEES Care, BEES Grow, BEES Force, BEES One, BEES Link, BEES Deliver, and BEES Now — ensuring seamless integration, feature activation, and partner expansion.
What you'll do:
- Lead technical delivery and execution of key BEES products across markets and partners.
- Manage end-to-end feature activation workflows, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical feasibility.
- Drive expansion and onboarding of new marketplace partners in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure operational excellence through agile execution, scalable processes, and proactive risk management.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and commercial teams to ensure technical and business alignment.
- Leverage emerging technologies, including AI-driven automation, to optimize project delivery and customer success.
- Monitor KPIs and success metrics across multiple workstreams and markets.
What you'll need:
- Experience and certification in project methodologies such as Agile, PMI, among others, are desirable.
- Proven experience in technical project management, ideally within digital platforms or SaaS ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of integration flows, APIs, and enterprise system deployments.
- Experience working in multicultural and fast-paced environments, especially across LATAM.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities.
- Familiarity with AI trends, automation tools, and scalable project delivery methodologies.
- Professional proficiency in English, Spanish & Portuguese
- This position requires occasional in-person travel across LATAM for deployment support and performance monitoring of ABI Markets and marketplace partners.
