What you’ll do:

  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Provide technical support across the company.
  • Troubleshoot systems and applications problems, diagnosing and pointing out pieces of evidence of app failures.
  • Implement, manage, and maintain IT service management processes and procedures.
  • Manage incidents and effectively communicate with stakeholders during incidents.
  • Continuously analyze current processes, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement.
  • Prepare and present performance reports and metrics to senior management.
  • Responsible for maintaining and improving our computer operations, focusing on incident management and problem-solving.

What you’ll need:

  • University degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Systems Analysis and Development;
  • Solid fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms and problem solving;
  • Hands on experience in CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, ArgoCD;
  • Experience with SRE and Support Engineering methodology/culture;
  • Experience with technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Azure, RabbitMQ, AWS, Java and Python;
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as New Relic, DataDog, Grafana;
  • Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken);
  • Experience with Agile projects.
