About the Role
Weʼre looking for a high-potential Commercial Specialist to lead the business track of our Conversational Layer initiative — an ambitious project that uses AI to unlock new ways for customers to discover and buy products through natural language interfaces. You will act as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution, owning the pipeline of use cases, working closely with personalization and data teams, and driving measurable impact across markets.
What you'll do:
- Own and prioritize the backlog of business use cases for the Conversational Layer;
- Translate market opportunities into clear problem statements for the product & AI teams;
- Partner closely with the PM and Prompt Engineers to define MVPs, assess feasibility, and plan execution;
- Build dashboards and run analyses to size opportunities and validate results;
- Act as the voice of commercial needs within the conversational AI squad;
- Lead alignment with zones and stakeholders to scale successful initiatives;
- Propose creative use cases that leverage LLMs to drive commercial value.
What you'll need:
- Strong business acumen and deep understanding of BEES or B2B commerce;
- Hands-on experience working with chatbots and/or LLM-based solutions;
- Comfortable navigating both commercial objectives and technical constraints;
- Analytical mindset — able to independently run analyses and size opportunities;
- Proficient in SQL Python is a plus) for data exploration and experimentation;
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills and stakeholder management;
- Comfortable in fast-paced, iterative environments;
- Portuguese & English fluency required.
