About the Role
As the Product Manager of the Fintech Experience team, you will be responsible for running discovery processes to identify solutions that improve the user journey, producing clear documentation, and managing results. You will also be in charge of communicating with business stakeholders. Mastery of agile methodologies and management tools such as Confluence and Jira is essential for this role.
A deep understanding of financial business processes, such as credit and digital payments, along with extensive experience in global implementations, is highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal skills are a must, including clear and didactic communication across both vertical and horizontal leadership, flexibility, teamwork, and experience dealing with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in English for daily interactions with the team and for delivering presentations is also essential.
What you'll do:
- Demonstrate a sense of ownership and responsibility for the product’s success;
- Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, becoming the go-to person for feature releases, product roadmap, and user pain points. Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and ensuring satisfaction;
- Collaborate effectively with teams such as Engineering, Design, Product, Data Science, and Commercial. Work closely with the Data team to leverage their expertise in driving data-driven decisions and insights;
- Define success metrics for features or services and monitor their performance;
- Understand complex problems across business units, geographies, and product lines. Formulate hypotheses and translate them into requirements, identifying meaningful insights to guide product development;
- Create roadmaps based on relevant requirements and dependencies, ensuring alignment with commercial and strategic objectives.
What you'll need:
- University degree in any area.
- 4+ years of work experience in Product area, such as a Product Manager or Product Owner;
- Experience with front and backend development teams;
- Experience in Fintech environments, such as Digital Payments or Credit operations;
- Experience proposing product evolutions focused on user experience;
- Advance knowledge in Scrum and day to day development workflows;
- Experience using Jira, Segment, Mix Panel, Databricks, or similar tools;
- Advanced communication and presentation skills in English.
