About the job
We are looking for a motivated specialist to support BEES Pay’s payment operations, with a focus on Middle America Zone (MAZ). This role is key to ensuring smooth transaction processing, fund settlements, and reconciliations across various payment service providers and internal systems.

What you will do:

  • Support and execute day-to-day operations across BEES Pay’s payment flows with focus in MAZ, ensuring accurate transaction processing, timely fund settlement, and effective reconciliation with PSPs, acquirers, and internal systems.
  • Monitor daily payment flows, proactively identifying anomalies, delays, or failed transactions across PSPs and acquiring banks.
  • Perform end-to-end reconciliation, resolving mismatches between payment systems, bank statements, and internal records.
  • Track settlement cycles, ensuring funds are received/disbursed within agreed timelines and escalating any discrepancies.
  • Continuously improve processes, identifying automation opportunities or workflow optimizations to reduce manual errors and increase reliability.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Basic understanding of payment processing, reconciliation, or financial operations is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow within payment operations.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and comfortable using various software tools.
  • Advanced English skills
  • Intermediate Spanish skills
