We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities.

What you'll do:

  • Design, model, and maintain end-to-end BI solutions in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX calculations, report building, and interactive dashboards that drive business decision-making.
  • Use SQL and Python to query, clean, and analyze large datasets, ensuring accuracy and reliability of the data used in reporting.
  • Transform analytical findings into compelling narratives that connect data insights with business strategies for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Apply best practices in data visualization and user-centric design to deliver impactful, intuitive, and actionable dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with international teams as part of a global project, leveraging advanced English communication skills to ensure alignment, standardization, and knowledge sharing across regions.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, actionable insights under tight deadlines with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

What you'll need:

  • BA/BS/MS in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other related quantitative field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI (data modeling, DAX, report building, and dashboard design).
  • Advanced expertise in SQL for querying and data preparation.
  • Advanced English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate insights with international stakeholders.
  • Experience with Python for statistical analysis
  • Strong skills in data storytelling: ability to craft clear narratives that connect data insights to business strategy, ensuring stakeholders easily understand and act on the information.
  • Deep understanding of data visualization best practices, design principles, and user-centric dashboards.
  • Ability to translate complex datasets into insightful, visually compelling, and actionable reports.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, capable of delivering under tight timelines while ensuring quality.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to tailor the message for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills to work across cross-functional teams.
