What you'll do:
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a complex product area.
- Lead cross-functional teams, driving clarity and collaboration to ensure feature delivery with high quality and velocity.
- Build and manage product roadmaps, aligning them with strategic goals while balancing stakeholder priorities.
- Act as the voice of the customer, identifying pain points, and advocating for user-centric solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and commercial teams to define requirements and deliver value.
- Gather and analyze data, user research and market analysis to inform product decisions.
- Write detailed business requirements and user stories for clear communication with the development team.
- Monitor and communicate product performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.

What you'll need:
- Experience in product management or a relevant industry, with bonus points for domain expertise in e-commerce and AI.
- Experience in data product management, recommendation algorithms, AI product management, or technical product management.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse and senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience in driving business outcomes via high-quality product discovery and value capture measurement.
- Data-driven decision maker via querying (SQL), utilizing analytic tools (Mixpanel), benchmarking, and UX research.
