We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities.

What you'll do:

  • Be part of a cross-functional team, directly contributing to feature development and maintenance of a global product;
  • Track and monitor translation projects, reporting of progress to internal stakeholders;
  • Coordinate third-party agencies;
  • Work with internal and external vendors to identify any potential business blockers and ensure a smooth translation workflow;
  • Research the best localization technology to optimize our workflow for improved efficiency;
  • Manage the budget of localization projects by gathering data on cost, including forecasting for future markets;
  • Advocate for the user experience when communicating with product, design, and tech;
  • Provide the team with a quality strategy that supports the team's delivery goals;
  • Be constantly challenged to create world-class solutions.

What you'll need:

  • University degree in courses related to Language, Marketing, Public Relations, or others;
  • Experience in project management of small to medium-sized projects;
  • Experience in the localization industry (project management, quality assurance, TMS platforms);
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken);
  • Keen eye for details
  • Experience with Agile projects.
