What you'll do:
- Be part of a cross-functional team, directly contributing to feature development and maintenance of a global product;
- Track and monitor translation projects, reporting of progress to internal stakeholders;
- Coordinate third-party agencies;
- Work with internal and external vendors to identify any potential business blockers and ensure a smooth translation workflow;
- Research the best localization technology to optimize our workflow for improved efficiency;
- Manage the budget of localization projects by gathering data on cost, including forecasting for future markets;
- Advocate for the user experience when communicating with product, design, and tech;
- Provide the team with a quality strategy that supports the team's delivery goals;
- Be constantly challenged to create world-class solutions.
What you'll need:
- University degree in courses related to Language, Marketing, Public Relations, or others;
- Experience in project management of small to medium-sized projects;
- Experience in the localization industry (project management, quality assurance, TMS platforms);
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken);
- Keen eye for details
- Experience with Agile projects.
