About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Designer (Senior) to join our Shopping Journey team. You’ll be responsible for designing user-centered experiences that drive real impact across the shopping experience, from discovery to post-sales. If you enjoy thinking strategically, creating scalable solutions, and collaborating with other designers to deliver simple, efficient, and inclusive experiences, this role is for you. You’ll work closely with experienced designers in an agile environment, with room to propose, test, and deliver solutions at scale.
What you'll do:
- Lead end-to-end design processes, from discovery through delivery.
- Map and design journeys within the shopping ecosystem, focusing on usability, clarity, and conversion.
- Create flows, prototypes, and interfaces based on data, research, and usability best practices, drawing from sources like Baymard Institute and Nielsen Norman Group.
- Participate and lead discovery workshops and co-creation dynamics to map opportunities and prioritize solutions.
- Support definition of success metrics and hypothesis validation.
- Collaborate with UX Writing, UX Research, Product, and Engineering to ensure cohesive solutions.
- Defend design decisions using strong rationale grounded in user needs and business impact.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system with scalable, consistent, and accessible components.
- Take part in design rituals like critiques, reviews, and feedback sessions.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Design, Product Design, or Industrial Design.
- Hands-on experience as a Product Designer delivering end-to-end digital products (web and/or mobile).
- Solid understanding of UX, UI, prototyping, and usability best practices.
- Proficiency with Figma and familiarity with tools like Lucidchart, Maze, or similar.
- Ability to clearly articulate and defend design decisions using data, benchmarks, and empathy for diverse audiences.
- Experience working in agile environments, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and other Designers.
- Advanced English for documentation and occasional global collaboration.
- Experience in B2B, marketplace, e-commerce, or large-scale platforms.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with discovery frameworks, product metrics, and A/B testing.
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
