What you'll do:
- Plan, oversee, and lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage communication and alignment between internal and external stakeholders to achieve defined business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new country migrations and the continuous evolution of a global product.
- Break down complex projects into clear milestones, identifying risks, dependencies, and defining effective mitigation plans.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide detailed progress reports to executive stakeholders.
- Ensure process clarity, transparent status updates, and overall alignment between all involved teams.
- Foster a collaborative and empowering environment that enables teams to design and implement innovative solutions for complex challenges.
- Promote knowledge sharing and workforce transfer across structures, organizing and documenting key learnings.
- Oversee all project documentation, guaranteeing accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards.
- Lead, motivate, and support diverse teams, ensuring continuous professional development and skill balance through coaching and talent management.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, Industrial engineer, or a related field;
- Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken);
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful;
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline;
- Experience with Agile projects is a plus;
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
