What you'll do:

  • Plan, oversee, and lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage communication and alignment between internal and external stakeholders to achieve defined business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new country migrations and the continuous evolution of a global product.
  • Break down complex projects into clear milestones, identifying risks, dependencies, and defining effective mitigation plans.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and provide detailed progress reports to executive stakeholders.
  • Ensure process clarity, transparent status updates, and overall alignment between all involved teams.
  • Foster a collaborative and empowering environment that enables teams to design and implement innovative solutions for complex challenges.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and workforce transfer across structures, organizing and documenting key learnings.
  • Oversee all project documentation, guaranteeing accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards.
  • Lead, motivate, and support diverse teams, ensuring continuous professional development and skill balance through coaching and talent management.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, Industrial engineer, or a related field;
  • Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken);
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful;
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline;
  • Experience with Agile projects is a plus;
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
