About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and highly organized culture and communications analyst to join our Internal Communications team. In this role, you’ll help bring our culture, strategy, and priorities to life through clear, inspiring, and actionable communication. You’ll partner closely with teams across the business to support major initiatives, craft storytelling moments that engage employees, and support change communications that drive understanding and alignment.

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate across teams to support performance and rewards processes, employee engagement programs, and org structure and tech stack changes.

· Support development of communications plans, messaging, and execution.

· Write and edit internal messages, presentations, and updates across comms channels with clarity and consistency.

· Coordinate across a diverse group of stakeholders including legal, finance, tech, and facilities to drive deliverables.

· Partner with People teams to amplify culture, learning, career growth, talent, and hiring initiatives.

· Develop FAQs, talking points, templates, and toolkits that help stakeholders communicate effectively.

· Partner with business stakeholders to amplify results, our work and recognition.

Capabilities & Skills

· Strategic thinker who can connect communications to business goals.

· Excellent writer and editor with strong storytelling instincts in both English and Portuguese.

· Highly collaborative with proven ability to build relationships across levels and functions.

· Organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong attention to detail, with a bias toward action and problem-solving.

· Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and influencing with confidence.

· Skilled at creating data-driven comms plans and strategies.

Basic Qualifications

· Experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or related field.

· Background in large, fast-paced, or matrixed organizations preferred.

· Skilled in PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams; experience designing SharePoint sites, or internal communication tools.
