We are looking for a Visibility Specialist to act as the owner of commercial and analytical visibility, ensuring clarity, consistency, and reliability of information that supports product and business decision-making. This role works side by side with the Product Manager, connecting data, insights, and stakeholders, and translating numbers into actionable insights for different audiences, including commercial teams and Zones. The ideal profile combines strong analytical skills, solid business understanding, and excellent communication, with a good grasp of BI and modern data platforms. 

What you'll do:

Own Tribe Visibility 

  • Act as the end-to-end owner of visibility for the Frontline Tribe, with a strong focus on commercial performance.
  • Ensure that Product Backlog Items (PBIs) clearly define:
  • Which commercial metrics and information should be tracked
  • How these metrics should be interpreted and used by the business
  • Partner closely with the Product Manager to support prioritization, roadmap decisions, and impact assessment. 

Business Analysis & Insights 

  • Monitor key performance indicators and perform analyses to generate actionable business insights.
  • Identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities, supporting strategic discussions with data-driven insights.
  • Bridge technical data and business outcomes, helping stakeholders understand the “why” behind the numbers. 

Stakeholder Alignment & Communication 

  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholder alignment, ensuring shared understanding of metrics, results, and priorities.
  • Maintain close communication with Zones, translating data into clear, relevant insights for different audiences.
  • Support presentations, rituals, and review forums with a strong, data-driven narrative. 

Data & BI Enablement 

  • Work with data in Databricks, supporting analysis and data exploration activities.
  • Provide critical input on dashboards and reports, contributing to:
    Metric definition
    Visualization structure
    Insight interpretation
  • This role will not be responsible for building Power BI dashboards, but requires strong BI knowledge to review, challenge, and evolve analytical views with technical teams. 

What you'll need:

  • Strong analytical profile with solid understanding of business metrics and performance indicators.
  • Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate data effectively.
  • Good knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) concepts, including metrics, data models, and visualization best practices.
  • Experience or familiarity with Databricks and data analytics environments.
  • Ability to work in close partnership with Product Managers and business stakeholders.
  • Advanced English to collaborate with global teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business narratives.
