We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities.
What you'll do
- Be part of the Global Marketplace 3P Brazil team within BEES, supporting financial and strategic decision-making.
- Update and maintain financial reports that feed the area’s P&L.
- Manage and deepen the analysis of financial KPIs, including revenues and costs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Support the Sales team with pricing and financial analysis of new services and new partnerships.
- Build financial analyses such as partner-level P&L, visibility P&L, and ROI assessments.
- Support the PPM front, including monthly cycles and financial and strategic reporting.
- Develop financial and strategic presentations for senior leadership, including VPs.
- Act in a highly strategic role within a fast-growing and high-exposure area.
What you'll need
- University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Background in financial areas such as FP&A, PPM, Treasury, or Shared Services Centers (CSC).
- Strong analytical and financial analysis skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Comfort interacting with senior leadership and presenting financial insights.
- Ability to manage multiple demands and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Knowledge of Power BI.
