About this opportunity

The Product Strategy Specialist is the connective tissue between product vision and commercial execution at BEES Link. This role exists to help leadership define where the product needs to go, ensure the team is measuring what matters, and make sure the strategic narrative reaches every layer of the organization clearly and consistently.

This is not a pure PM role, nor a pure analyst role. We are looking for someone with a product mindset who also thinks commercially — someone who can build the processes and materials that translate strategy into action, support peers across the team, and keep leadership equipped with the right analysis to make sound decisions. If you are energized by sitting at the intersection of product thinking, business rigor, and clear communication, this role is for you.

What you will do:

  • Co-develop product strategy alongside leadership: translate business context into product direction, help define priorities, and build the analytical foundation that supports strategic decisions.
  • Design and maintain product performance tracking: define the right metrics, build the monitoring routines, and generate the analyses that surface what is working, what is not, and why.
  • Build materials to cascade the product vision across the organization: decks, frameworks, and narratives that make strategy legible for different audiences — from VP reviews to team alignment sessions.
  • Support colleagues across the product team: act as a thinking partner and analytical resource, helping peers structure problems, back decisions with data, and communicate their work upward.
  • Structure and standardize product processes: intake flows, prioritization criteria, review cadences, and documentation standards that reduce reliance on ad hoc judgment and improve consistency across the team.
  • Conduct GMV and AOV analysis to evaluate feature adoption, partner performance, and product-level commercial impact — connecting product behavior to business outcomes in a way leadership can act on.
  • Synthesize cross-functional inputs into integrated business reviews: bring together signals from Commercial, Operations, and Finance to give leadership a coherent view of product health and strategic progress.
  • Identify gaps between product strategy and execution reality, and bring them to the surface with enough structure and data to enable fast, grounded decisions.

We are looking for people with:

  • Background in Product Management, Business Strategy, or a related field — with demonstrated experience connecting product decisions to commercial outcomes.
  • Commercial instinct: you understand how product choices translate into revenue, adoption, and partner behavior — and you use that lens naturally when framing problems and proposals.
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with data (SQL, Excel/Sheets, or equivalent) and able to structure analyses that go beyond reporting to generate real insight.
  • Proven ability to build clear, structured materials — strategy documents, performance reviews, executive presentations — that make complex thinking accessible to different audiences.
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership: comfortable navigating VP and Director-level interactions, managing upward, and operating in fast-paced environments with incomplete information.
  • Collaborative by default: you enjoy supporting colleagues, sharing what you know, and making the people around you more effective — not just owning your own workstream.
  • Experience in B2B platforms, marketplaces, or technology-driven commercial environments is a strong plus.
  • Fully fluent in English and Portuguese; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
