We are looking for a Product Analyst to be part of the team responsible for the concept and creation of DTC (Direct-to-Consumersolutionswith a focus on supporting delivery and execution across our Admin and Anti-Fraud teams. In this role, you will contribute to initiatives that improve operational efficiencyrisk mitigationand internal user experience across our platforms. 


You will collaborate closely with product designers, product managers, engineersand stakeholders from various countries to turn ideas into effective and scalable solutionspartnering with cross-functional teams to scopeprioritizeand deliver features that enhance controlreliabilityand scalability of our internal tools and processes. This is a great opportunity for a PM who thrives in cross-functionalcollaborative environmentsis eager to learnand enjoys solving practical product problems that make a real difference for internal users. 

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with engineeringproduct design, data, and commercial stakeholders to support product initiatives across Admin and Anti-Fraud domains;
  • Contribute to the product strategy and execution for TaDa’s platform within these areashelping deliver scalable and efficient solutions that meet user needs across countries;
  • Support improvements in internal operations through Admin capabilitiesincreasing efficiency and controlwhile contributing to Anti-Fraud mechanisms to reduce risk and protect the business;
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define scoperequirementsand support execution;
  • Support the evolution of products from concept to launchcontributing to continuous improvements;
  • Participate in discovery processes, gather feedback from internal usersand help identify new opportunities;
  • Write clear product specs, track progressand communicate updates and risks to stakeholders. 

What you'll need:

  • University degree in any area;
  • Experience working in cross-functional software teams (as a Product Manager or in related roles);
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in English;
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders;
  • Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear steps with well-defined requirements;
  • Analytical mindset, with some experience using data to support decision-making;
  • Attention to detail and ownership of day-to-day execution;
  • Comfort working with internal-facing tools and balancing user needs with technical constraints;
  • Organization and ability to manage multiple initiatives with guidance when needed.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with marketplaces or large-scale digital products;
  • Exposure to platform or backend-heavy systems;
  • Familiarity with internal tools, operational workflows, or risk/fraud-related contexts;
  • Spanish (readingwritingand conversational skills).
