About this opportunity: 

For the Global Specialist, 3P Invoicing role, the main responsibilities will include: 

Goal of the role 

  • Guardian of 3P revenue under BEES Monetization environment. 
  • Centralization and standardization of the invoicing process.  
  • Providing visibility of the invoicing status by partner and by country. 
  • Highlighting gaps and delays on 3P revenue recognition 

What you will do:

  • Triggering invoicing process on monthly basis (or according to the partners frequency). 
  • Ensure revenue recognition (provision or invoicing accounting, according to ARM). 
  • Tracking & monitoring commercial views vs financial views (Cognos). 
  • Escalating blockers, delays, and issues for revenue recognition. 
  • Operationalize, with GCC team, all partners signed with BEES Global AG. 
  • Provide view, on a quarterly basis, of the ICO charges (Ambev entities, etc.). 
  • Trigger Club B 3P global accounting not to have phasing vs local accounting 

We are looking for people with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in a commercial, revenue operations, finance operations, or partner management role. 
  • Proficient in English, Spanish and Portuguese. 
  • Experience with end‑to‑end invoicing processes, including triggering, tracking, and issue resolution. 
  • Ability to reconcile and monitor commercial vs. financial views of revenue. 
  • Comfortable working in standardized and centralized operating models while supporting local nuances by country or partner
