About the role
Do you enjoy solving complex problems through data and want to help shape the future of the BEES Marketplace? This opportunity is for professionals who are passionate about analytics, customer data, and AI-driven solutions.
In this role, you'll partner closely with Marketplace, Product, Personalization, and Data teams to improve how we identify, consolidate, and enrich customer information across the BEES ecosystem. You'll play a key role in developing customer identity algorithms, improving account governance, identifying buyer growth opportunities, and supporting a secure, scalable Marketplace experience.
What you'll do:
- Lead customer identity and account consolidation initiatives, creating a unified customer view across the BEES ecosystem.
- Partner with Product, Data, and Personalization teams to improve customer matching algorithms and data quality.
- Drive customer data enrichment initiatives to ensure reliable and actionable customer information.
- Identify opportunities to expand the Marketplace buyer base through data analysis and business insights.
- Support user governance and fraud prevention initiatives, ensuring a trusted platform.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders, including teams in Mexico, on Marketplace initiatives.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Advanced English.
- Experience working with data analysis, customer data, algorithms, or AI-driven solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and work collaboratively across different teams.
- Previous experience with Marketplace, customer identity, CRM, customer data, or data governance is a plus.
- Experience with Databricks or similar analytics platforms is a plus.
✈️ Availability for occasional international travel (approximately 1–2 trips per year).
