About the Role
This role owns the global Commercial Performance reporting, forecasting, and analytics processes across the Total AB InBev business, delivering insights that support executive decision-making. The position owns the end-to-end performance management process for Volume and Market Share across all ABI markets, with primary responsibility for the Beer and Soft Drinks businesses.
As the global owner of key commercial performance routines, this role is responsible for delivering accurate forecasts, standardized reporting, and actionable insights that help identify risks, opportunities, and the underlying drivers of business performance. The role partners closely with Commercial, Revenue Management, Finance, and Zone/Country teams to continuously improve data quality, enhance analytical methodologies, and build new capabilities that strengthen decision-making.
The role also serves as a key thought partner to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear business insights and executive-ready communications. Regular deliverables include global volume forecasting, market share performance analysis, performance decomposition, and high-priority strategic analyses in support of the Chief Growth Officer and CEO.
What You'll Do
- Lead global commercial performance reporting, delivering timely, accurate, and actionable insights on top-line business performance.
- Own and continuously enhance the global volume forecasting model, expanding coverage across brands, channels, regions, and competitive benchmarks while improving forecast accuracy.
- Develop and standardize daily, weekly, and monthly commercial reporting to monitor performance against targets and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
- Build a deep understanding of the business to translate complex data into clear insights, identifying performance drivers and providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
- Prepare executive-level performance updates for Chief-level audiences, ensuring concise messaging, compelling storytelling, and data-driven recommendations.
- Design and implement innovative analytical methodologies to quantify the drivers of volume and market share performance, including pricing, distribution, rate of sale, promotions, channel mix, geographic mix, and other commercial levers.
- Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, Revenue Management, and regional teams to align reporting, improve data quality, and drive better business decisions.
- Continuously improve reporting processes through automation, advanced analytics, and new visualization tools to increase efficiency and business impact.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of Commercial, Revenue Management, Finance, or Strategy experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience applying advanced analytics, statistical methods, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience developing executive-level presentations and communicating insights to senior leadership.
- Proven experience managing commercial or financial reporting routines and performance management processes.
- Experience with forecasting, business performance analysis, and financial or commercial planning.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI; experience with SQL, Databricks, Python, or other analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analyses into clear business recommendations.
- Ownership mindset with a demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end deliverables, drive continuous improvement, and influence without direct authority.
