Who We’re Looking For:

You’re a dedicated, team-oriented professional who knows the value of early childhood education and thrives on creating a warm, engaging classroom environment. You love watching little minds grow — and being the reason they shine!

Your Daily Impact:

  • Lead with Purpose – Guide classroom activities and shape the learning experience
  • Build Bonds – Connect meaningfully with children and their families
  • Create a Safe Space – Keep the classroom clean, positive, and full of encouragement

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Minimum Age: 18
  • Education & Certification
  • Completed & Active DCF 45 Hours
  • Active CDA, or Associate's/Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education
  • At least 1 year in a licensed childcare center
  • CPR & First Aid Certified
  • Clear Background Check
  • Availability: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
