Laser / Inspection Process Engineer

 

Position: LASER/INSPECTION PROCESS ENGINEER

Location: COVINGTON, GA

 

JOB SUMMARY

 

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up, Manage, operate laser, Inspection process and equipment based on understanding of physics and optics, electronics engineering.
• Maintain process optimization based on knowledge of target materials.
• Own engineering projects to execute yield roadmap, device targeting and attain performance target.
• DOE(Design of experiment) and optimize the process condition.
• Participate cross-organizational team of engineers to identify root cause and failure analysis .
• Operate process management based on customer specification.
• Support standardization of recipes and establish SOPs through concrete engineering.
• Perform statistical process control tasks through the use of statistical tools .

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Effective organizational, interpersonal, and strong communication skills are required
• Analytical thinking by data science and problem-solving skills 
• Familiar with semiconductor/Substrate integration processes. 
• Experience with module processes such as laser ablation(cutting, dicing), laser deposition,  laser drill and mechanical cutting, grinding and metrology preferred but not required

EDUCATION :

• Bachelor’s degree in Optic, Optical engineering, Chemistry, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, or similar disciplines 

 

EXPERIENCE:

• 1-year experiences in Semiconductor, PWB, OSAT & Laser preferred but not required 

 

SALARY:

• $70,000 – $80,000
