Solution Enablement Executive
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Solution Enablement Executive is Responsible for having full knowledge of implementation services/methodology and sales tools used by both the Account Management and Business Development teams. This position requires effective and proven communication and collaboration skills as you can expect to be working with our Sales, Delivery, Product Management, Proposal, Product Demonstration, Legal and Finance teams. In order to be successful, you must be self-motivated, good business sense, experience in enterprise software implementations.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Business Development, and Delivery Regional Directors to support quotes, proposals, and statements of work for value-added services, solutions, and consultative services offered by Accela Delivery.
- Work to meet sales goals and targets by supporting opportunity pursuits, including the creation of quotes, proposals, and statements of work (SOWs), primarily for add-on services such as cloud migration, upgrades, enhancements, and training.
- Provide support to Senior Delivery Sales Executives in their RFP activities.
- Act as a liaison between multiple departments to close opportunities while ensuring the company's brand and interests are protected from unnecessary risk.
- Review and build new content libraries to efficiently support opportunity pursuits.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in consulting or implementation sales to government agencies.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proven track record of delivering successful enterprise software (SaaS products a plus)
- Understanding of implementation contract language and ability to determine downstream effects of contractual terms and conditions
- ~10% Travel
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in service request management, asset management, land development, business licensing and/or workflow or regulatory compliance software a plus
- Formal sales training a plus.

COMPENSATION AND WELL-BEING
The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $140,000 (less applicable taxes). The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience. In addition to an annual base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus target. This is a discretionary bonus awarded based on company and individual goal achievement.
