Senior Account Manager, Paid Amplification

Location: United States (Remote)

As a Senior Account Manager, Paid Amplification at Acceleration Partners, you will play a pivotal role in leading high-impact digital advertising strategies across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn for a portfolio of top-tier clients. This is a remote, client-facing leadership position reporting directly to the Director of Paid Amplification. We are seeking an experienced digital marketer with a strong command of paid media strategy, execution, and client management, as well as 5+ years of hands-on experience across paid social platforms.

 

The Role

In this strategic, results-driven role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and performance of multi-platform paid media campaigns. You’ll manage and mentor junior team members, collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients by delivering strategic recommendations backed by data. You’ll be expected to lead client communication, drive account growth, and ensure all campaigns exceed performance expectations across Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

 

Top Responsibilities

Client Strategy & Relationship Leadership

  • Serve as the strategic lead for multiple clients, owning campaign planning, budget allocation, and performance outcomes across paid media platforms.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering high-level insights, strategic guidance, and proactive communication.
  • Develop media strategies aligned with client goals, ensuring campaigns are optimized for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth within client accounts and influence their digital marketing roadmap.

 

Cross-Platform Campaign Management

  • Oversee the setup, execution, and optimization of complex campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Ensure best-in-class media buying practices including audience targeting, creative testing, bid strategy, and measurement frameworks.
  • Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to produce compelling ad copy and high-performing creative assets.

 

Data-Driven Performance & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign performance and translate findings into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Lead performance reporting efforts and confidently present results to clients, including optimization plans and quarterly business reviews.
  • Use platform-specific and cross-channel analytics tools to identify trends, track KPIs, and inform ongoing strategy.

 

Team Development & Collaboration

  • Partner with the Director of Paid Amplification to help shape department best practices and mentor junior team members.
  • Support internal training and process improvements by sharing platform expertise, new testing frameworks, and emerging trends.
  • Contribute to broader Paid Amplification team initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with other digital channels and client services.

 

What Success Looks Like

By 6 Months:

  • You are independently leading multiple client relationships and delivering measurable value through paid amplification strategies.
  • You are optimizing campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok to meet or exceed client KPIs.
  • You have established yourself as a strategic partner internally and externally.

 

By 1 Year:

  • You are mentoring junior team members and actively supporting departmental innovation.
  • Your accounts are growing through upsells, renewals, and performance success.
  • You are contributing to team-wide strategy sessions and helping scale the Paid Amplification service line.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media buying, digital advertising, or performance marketing.
  • Demonstrated expertise managing campaigns across Meta, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok.
  • Proven track record of driving results for B2B and/or B2C clients using paid social strategies.
  • Deep understanding of audience segmentation, conversion tracking, creative strategy, and A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into compelling narratives and recommendations.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior team members is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and media planning/reporting tools.
