We are seeking an energetic School Operations Coordinator at Jefferson Classical Academy of Florida. The ideal candidate is responsible for crucial administration tasks from initiation to close; coordination of people and processes ensuring deliverables are achieved, while managing multiple tasks with solid organizational skills and attention to detail.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The School Operations Coordinator reports to and works collaboratively with the Director of Operations.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The School Compliance Operations will:
- Generate semi-annual reports for discipline and racial balance reporting.
- Coordinate Office Manager Training: provide weekly deliverables as needed to Office Managers and Executive Office Managers.
- Maintain inspection (food, fire, health) information, escalating concerns.
- Educate and train office managers on House Bill 410, discipline reporting, and attendance auditing.
- Maintain attendance spreadsheet for the first quarter of each school year.
- Maintain fraud reporting forms for all new school staff.
- Collect and verify monthly/annual school office managers' documentation for reporting.
- Support Director of Operations for existing and new foodservice programs:
- Oversee the submission of claims.
- Run the Direction Certification; assist in Income Form Collection.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience working in an education setting is a plus
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail
- High-quality written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team
- Professional, punctual, and self-motivated
- Understanding and ability to manage confidential information
- Successfully complete federal and state criminal background checks
