OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst - SME
Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services is seeking an OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst at the Subject Matter Expert level to support the United States Special Operations Command with analytic production on sources and products of publicly available information within established security protocols. This position may include deployments to various locations across the globe for up to 6 months at a time.
The Work:
- Analyze foreign and domestic-based publicly available information to identify trends, patterns, and relationships that provide unique insights to address intelligence requirements
- Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills create finished intelligence products on assigned area or responsibility
Here's what you need:
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must have or obtain a U.S. Passport
- 8 years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community
- 3 years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation directly supporting special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/non-kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development (Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (i.e. reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources) will not be considered equivalent experience.)
- 2 years of experience with digital signature reduction
Bonus points if you have:
- Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations is preferred
- Advanced proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, as well as analytic and targeting methodology
- Advanced proficiency with the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology, and a strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media, the internet, commercially available data, and deep/dark web data sources)
- Advanced understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy
- Superior written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of application
- Superior verbal briefing skills
Security Clearance:
- Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:
$85,200 - $162,700 USD
