JEMSO Data Fusion Analyst
Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Data Fusion Analyst to support Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO).
The Work:
- Perform combatant command-level JEMSO data fusion and analysis to characterize the Electromagnetic Operational Environment (EMOE) and assess operations
- Provide written and verbal briefings to senior leadership and other staff organizations on the ability of U.S. forces to utilize the EMS
- Extract and aggregate data for advanced analysis of operational risks and opportunities within the EMS
- Identify user needs and translates those into digital products or services, including dashboards, visualizations, and applications
Here's what you need:
- 5+ years of analytical experience with conducting all-source data fusion and analysis
- Experience in extracting and aggregating data for more advanced analysis
- Working knowledge of database development and management
- Experience in understanding organizational processes and how organizations create and measure value
- Experience in identifying user needs and translating those into digital products or services
- Experience in creating visualizations for briefings or dashboards
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with Maven Smart System, Advana, O365 Power Applications
- Experience with EMS operations and integration of EW, space, cyber and intelligence at the operational, strategic, or national level
- Experience with JEMSO tools such as JSIRO, EMBM-J, SPECTRA
- Experience at a Combatant Command
- BA or BS degree
Security Clearance:
- Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:
$93,400 - $176,200 USD
