As a member of the Enterprise AI Accelerator team, the AI Transformation Practitioner will play a crucial role in developing and implementing AI strategies for our federal client. The primary focus of this position is to identify, research, and overcome enterprise-level barriers to AI adoption, ensuring the effective utilization of advanced AI technologies by the federal client.

The ability to synthesize technical and policy-related information into actionable plans is essential. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI within the federal client, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of technological innovation while addressing critical operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research barriers to AI adoption at the enterprise level
- Scope and define actionable strategies to address these challenges
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to validate findings and gather insights
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and government stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity in solution development and implementation
- Employ agile practices to lead cross-functional teams towards objectives, ensuring iterative and flexible processes to deliver impactful solutions
- Engage with stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional activities, and solve enterprise-level problems
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 7 years of experience leading enterprise transformation projects within a federal agency
- Expertise in agile product management and methodologies
- Proven experience in communicating and presenting to C-level executives
Preferred Qualifications:
- Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Advanced communication and presentation skills for C-level executives
- Familiarity with agile workflow tools and frameworks (e.g., Jira, Trello)
- Knowledge of AI frameworks and platforms
Clearance:
- Active SECRET federal security clearance is required, with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
