As the AI Work Transformation Advisor, you will drive AI adoption by aligning AI and business strategy with changes in talent, operating models, and culture. As a trusted advisor, you will guide the federal client in adopting and advancing artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities to achieve operational excellence. Your main responsibility will be to provide strategic insights and recommendations on best practices for enhancing AI maturity across the organization.
This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in value analysis and workforce transformation, enabling them to evaluate AI initiatives and prepare the workforce for technological advancements. Familiarity with the federal client environment is essential for navigating unique challenges and opportunities. Experience with tools and processes related to AI implementation, organizational change management, and strategic planning will enhance your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to drive AI maturity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-value AI integration opportunities
- Ensure alignment of AI initiatives with mission objectives and organizational goals
- Assess and analyze the value of AI initiatives, helping stakeholders prioritize impactful efforts
- Shape the federal client's AI strategy and foster a culture of innovation
- Evaluate AI initiatives and prepare the workforce for technological advancements
- Engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels to build trust and secure buy-in for AI initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading workforce transformation or introducing digital skillsets
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in federal workforce planning
Clearance:
- Must have active SECRET federal security clearance to start and willing to obtain TS/SCI
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
