Cyber Access Planner
Accenture Federal Services is seeking mission-oriented people to join our team. We are looking for an experienced DOD Cyber Fires Planner to join our team and help our client(s) support the planning, development, execution and analysis of full spectrum cyber operations. This person will apply in-depth technical understanding of networks and cyber assets in order to assist in the coordination of joint strategic and operational planning.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and advice to senior level DOD staffs for refinement of technical aspects of operational planning
- Coordinate and collaborate with client staff, interagency and industry partners, and the DoD to provide substantive inputs for and support to access planning efforts
- Contribute technical expertise to the creation of COAs in support of concept plans (CONPLANs), operation plans (OPLANs), and operation orders (OPORDs) as directed by the Joint Planning Process (JPP)
- Assist with all aspects of advanced cyber planning to include: interagency planning, joint targeting board support, cyber capability analysis, cyber impacts estimates, and joint planning group support
- Act as technical liaison on behalf of our client’s Operations Directorate between capability SMEs and capability developers, capability testers, planning teams, operations support staff, and operating units during planning and operations
- Participate in design and technical review meetings, assist in development technical plans to guide capability development, evaluating test results, and report status of capability development activities
- Communicate with all partners and senior leaders in a concise and clear manner to support ongoing mission planning and execution.
What You’ll Need:
- 5 years of experience with military cyberspace operations or computer network operations
- Joint or COCOM level mission planning experience
- Experience in cyberspace capabilities, Title authorities, TTPs, tradecraft and available infrastructure or platforms
- Expertise or knowledge in access technologies, TTPs, for multiple domains and mediums and protocols including, network TCP/IP, WiFi 802.11, cellular, and Satcom
- Experience working with client cybersecurity teams, including Combat Mission Teams (CMT), National Mission Teams (NMT), or Combat Support Teams (CST)
- Experience with full-spectrum cyberspace operations
Bonus Points if you have:
- Completion of the Joint Information Operations Planners or Special Technical Operations (STO) Planners Course
- Knowledge of planning technical operations
Security Clearance:
- Must have an active TS/SCI level clearance and willingness to sit for a poly

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
