You Are:
We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of leveraging their deep understanding of Military command processes, protocols, and organizational structures to drive successful outcomes. This role requires an individual who is adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and can navigate the local landscape to support our organizational objectives and market growth. The candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of the region and have well-established connections within the community. The candidate ideally comes from a strong Army background, has experience supporting business development and proposal efforts, and can communicate effectively with Senior Army leaders.
Here's What You Need:
- Bachelors Degree of 10+ years of industry experience
- Experience in low code/no code platforms
- Experience in leveraging low code/no code solutions to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and deliver rapid, cost-effective results
- Experience in technical innovation, consistently bringing forward new ideas and approaches to solve complex challenges within the military clients
- Experience in identifying and implementing cutting-edge technologies and/or methodologies to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence

- Advanced Degree
- 15+ years of industry experience
- Motivated and proactive, with a desire to understand and address complex areas
- Curiosity for learning about new technology, industry best practices, and areas of risk, analyzing and turning new insights into concrete action
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to delivering tangible outcomes for customers and stakeholders
- Excellent people management and relationship development skills

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
