ServiceNow Business Analyst - HRSD

Join our team as a developer implementing ServiceNow for a large federal agency. Work on a team responsible for the implementation and configuration of multiple modules and capabilities, specifically within the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) suite of applications. Develops a thorough understanding of the requirements then applies industry best practices and detailed knowledge of ServiceNow to design an optimal solution that supports the business process that meets or exceeds functional requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Developing business processes, gathering requirements and developing stories
- Provide process flow and other required system documentation
- Build a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and leads them to adoption of the best solution
- Assist in quality management reviews and ensures that all business and design requirements are met
- May also assist and sometimes lead test plan development and execution
- Supports Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by providing information on the “to be” solution
Here's what you need:
- At least 1 year of experience with ServiceNow
- Experience developing standard documentation, including requirement and design specifications, use cases, test plans and scripts and other supporting system documentation
- Experience working with stakeholders and development team(s) to deliver solutions
Bonus points if you have:
- Training in ServiceNow Fundamentals
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Training or experience in Agile Fundamentals
- Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) within ServiceNow
Security Clearance:
- Must have active Top Secret clearance and be willing and capable of obtaining SCI and CI poly

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
