We are seeking a talented Integration Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions that connect Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other enterprise systems. This role involves analyzing integration requirements, developing, configuring, and deploying integrations using tools such as Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, Azure Service Bus, and custom connectors. The candidate will manage RESTful APIs, OData endpoints, and web services to enable seamless data exchange, implement monitoring solutions, diagnose and resolve integration issues, and ensure high system reliability and performance. Additionally, the engineer will collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements, document integration designs and workflows, and ensure integrations adhere to organizational security policies, data privacy standards, and compliance requirements. The role also includes promoting integration best practices, evaluating new tools and technologies, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
The work:
- Bachelor’s degree in - Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or a related field OR equivalent years of relevant experience (5 years)
- 2+ years’ experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external ERP, CRM, or legacy systems
- Knowledge of scripting languages (C#, PowerShell, JavaScript) for integration and automation
- Experience with Azure API Management, Event Grid, or similar cloud integration services
- Experience with data mapping, cleansing, and validation for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.Familiarity with Dynamics 365 data models, Common Data Service (Dataverse), and Power Platform architecture
Nice to have:
- Experience with MS Dynamics products for clients
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Experience migrating data for CRM or ERP modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Knowledge of scripting languages (C#, PowerShell, Python) for automation
- Experience with data governance, privacy, and compliance requirements in Microsoft cloud environments
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or relevant data management technologies
- Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) within a federal agency environment

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
