You are:
A Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing custom Salesforce solutions on various clouds to meet business needs.
The work:
- Developing applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex and Salesforce UI technologies such as Aura Components, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- Integrating Salesforce with external systems/applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Batch & Async processes.
- Leveraging Salesforce business process automation features to streamline workflows.
- Following Salesforce best practices for development, unit testing, and deployment using appropriate tools.
- Performing code reviews and guiding Junior Developers with their tasks as needed.
- Assisting in technical design and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions and provide ongoing support.
- Utilizing version control systems such as Git, Bitbucket, etc., to manage code repositories.
- Adopting Agile software development practices to ensure efficient and iterative delivery of solutions.
Here’s what you need:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Apex, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration techniques, including REST/SOAP APIs, Batch & Async processes
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce business process automation features
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, Bitbucket, or similar tools
- Experience in performing code reviews and mentoring Junior Developers
- Strong understanding of Agile software development practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Bonus points if you have:
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, or other relevant certifications
- Experience with CI/CD tools for Salesforce deployment
- Knowledge of other programming languages or platforms that complement Salesforce development
- Familiarity with federal compliance and security standards
- Experience working in a federal or public sector environment

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. $108,400 - $203,400 USD
