Accenture Federal Services is searching for an AI/ML Data Scientist, you will be responsible for developing machine learning models using Python and GenAI to handle healthcare data.
Responsibilities:
Your role will involve data engineering, AI model development, and natural language processing (NLP) to extract valuable insights from large datasets. You will need to be a technical self-starter with experience in agile development cycles, as well as familiarity with RAG Pipeline and LLM integration. In this role, exposure to Python, machine learning development, GenAI, healthcare data handling, data engineering, AI model development, and NLP will be beneficial. Candidates with experience in agile development cycles and knowledge of RAG Pipeline and LLM integration will excel in this position. The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to develop innovative solutions to complex problems is essential for success in this role. Overall, the ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in data science and a passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare outcomes. With a focus on technical skills and experience in relevant tools and processes, you will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making within the organization.
Here is what you need:
3 years of experience with any of the following:
- Python machine learning development
- Data engineering (NiFi or Databricks)
- AI model deployment
- Natural language processing (NLP)
- Traditional machine learning over traditional data science
Bonus if you have:
- Technical self-starter
- Agile development cycle experience
- RAG Pipeline and LLM integration
- Java programming
- Health care data handling
Clearance:
- An active secret federal security clearance is required, must be able to obtain TS/SCI

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia is:
$117,300 - $150,100 USD
