Job Description:
In this role, you will take on the challenge of designing and implementing complex workflows and integrations within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless configuration and optimization of the instance. You will play a pivotal role in developing, delivering, and supporting a ServiceNow system that empowers the client to execute their mission-critical business processes effectively. Your responsibilities will span across multiple stages of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from initial development to final implementation, requiring a hands-on approach to problem-solving and innovation.
The Work:
- Configure complex workflows and integrations in ServiceNow Develop, deliver, and support operations for ServiceNow system
- Be involved in most stages of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from development through implementation
- Effectively lead, mentor, and champion your team
Here's what you need:
- 4 years of expertise in ServiceNow across one or more of these key modules: IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Software Asset Management (SAM/ITAM), Vulnerability Response (VR), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), and Security Incident Response (SIR)
- Familiarity with SAFE implementation methodologies
- Strong background in configuring instances, integrating workflows, and managing end-to-end implementations

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
