You are:

The Application Developer will play a critical role in facilitating the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. This role involves managing milestones and dependencies across multiple stakeholders, ensuring clear accountability and understanding of impacts.

Ensure initiatives meet schedule, budget, and quality commitments
Support standard management reporting processes and metrics throughout delivery or product organization
Design, configure, and test SAP modules
Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients' needs
Responsible primarily for the successful implementation of SAP, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients
Carry out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures
Develop and evaluate plans and criteria to be carried out by others; provide direction and leadership
Provide detailed knowledge of industry with the best practices
Act as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adhere to all organizational standards

Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
